How to Use the Editable PDF on Our Website

1. Access the PDF

   • Click on the "Download Editable PDF" button on the webpage.

   • The PDF will open in your browser or be saved to your device, depending on your settings.

2. Open the PDF

   • If the PDF opens in your browser, check if it allows form-filling (some browsers support this directly).

   • If needed, download the PDF and open it using Download Adobe Acrobat Reader (Windows & Mac), Preview (Mac-typically pre-installed on macOS), or another PDF editor that supports fillable forms.

3. Fill Out the PDF

   • Click inside the designated fields to enter your information.

   • Sign the form with Click to Sign or with the pen tool. 

4. Save Your Changes

   • After completing the form, click File > Save As to store a copy on your device.

   • Ensure that you save it under a recognizable name for easy access.

5. Submit or Print (choose one method)

   • Email the completed application & form to recruiter@pacesetterstn.com

   • Fax to the attention: Recruiter @ 931/537-9916

   • Print the completed form and apply in person at one of our offices
