Primary Job Responsibilities:

The Support Manager Residential (SMR) is primarily responsible to manage, support, and provide necessary training and supervision for residential sites.  The SMR is expected to ensure that individuals are involved in outcome related activities and that they have participated in the development of those outcomes,  ensure that individuals are involved in meaningful, measurable activities that relate back to ISP outcomes, ensure that all staff are involved with individuals throughout all activities and staff are supportive of individuals in all pursuits to include community involvement and employment opportunities, and serve as a primary point of contact for families of service recipients in the residential program.   The majority of work hours will be spent during evening and weekends (when Service Recipients are at home).
