Qualifications

  • Associates degree or higher preferred
  • Proven sales/marketing ability preferred
  • Analytical thinking
  • Persistent, energetic
  • CESP certificate or other equivalent upon hire or w/in 6 months of hire
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to review and use labor market research (analyze data, prioritize & organize info and tasks to customize job seekers’ resumes)
  • Self-directed,  reliable, with flexible work schedule
  • Comfortable with conflict resolution
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with all levels
  • Good time management skills
  • Professionalism (appropriately dress and actions)
  • Positive role modeling
  • Agency vehicle:  3-year clean driving record
  • Personal vehicle:  valid DL, reliable transportation, proof of insurance, annual vehicle inspection
