Job Description:

Qualifications:

  • College degree
  • 2 year’s management experience and experience with developmental disabilities
  • Computer literate
  • Demonstrated excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening skills)
  • Team player, creative, flexible and professional
  • Excellent time manager
  • Demonstrated level of comfort with conflict resolution, problem solving, decision making
  • Commitment to team development and process to create self-direction, team process and accountability

Primary Job Responsibility:

Primarily responsible to work closely with the County Director assisting with leadership, management and support with the county to ensure county functions support Agency mission, policy, procedures and guidelines.  Will supervise Support Manager-Day (SMD), serve as acting County Director in absence of County Director, cover for supervisors in their absence, and manage additional homes beyond three per supervisor (as directed by County Director).
