My Story
Tammy started at Pacesetters in April 2011 as HR Clerk and was promoted to HR Director in August 2017. She has nearly 30 years of experience in human resources. Started as HR Clerk at FFM, now Perdue Farms in Monterey, TN. 16 Years total at TRW Automotive in Cookeville, TN. Started as an assembly line worker and was promoted to HR Clerk after a year, then Benefits Coordinator, and then to HR Generalist where she stayed until the plant moved to Mexico.
Tammy went to NSCC receiving an Associate Degree in Applied Science in Business Finance and graduated Suma Cum Laude in May 2010.
